One bike carrier – two different fastening systems
Like all conventional carrier systems, the ORIS TRACC is mounted in a few simple steps using a standard quick-release fastener. With the patented FIX4BIKE®-version, only one movement is required to mount or dismount the system. The ORIS TRACC FIX4BIKE®-bike carrier, which is suitable for all FIX4BIKE®-towbars, is positioned above the towball and then simply lowered until it audibly clicks into place automatically, securely and safely. This bike carrier benefits from the clever concept of the FIX4BIKE®-towbar. The forces that occur are not only transmitted via the towball, as is the case with conventional clamping systems, but to a large extent via two special pins, called FIX4BIKE®-pins, which are located on the sides of the towball neck. While the ORIS TRACC FIX4BIKE®-bike carrier only fits on a FIX4BIKE®-towbar, the FIX4BIKE®-towbar is compatible with all standard towbar mounted bike carriers.
