1. Collection of general information

5. E-Mail Newsletter

As a registered trading partner, we send you non-advertising newsletters important for cooperation. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR.

For technical reasons, we collect:

  • Date and time an email was received
  • Whether the email was opened
  • Whether any links were clicked

This data is used solely to check correct email delivery – not for profiling.

If you contact us by e-mail or form, the information will be stored to process your enquiry and possible follow-up. No transfer without consent.

7. Legal basis of processing

Processing may be based on:

8. Deletion or blocking of data

We only store personal data as long as necessary or legally required. Afterwards, data is blocked or deleted.

9. Data protection for applications

Applicant data is processed for recruitment. If no contract is concluded, data will be deleted within three months after rejection unless other legitimate interests exist.

10. Automated decision making

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

11. Use of Matomo

We use Matomo for statistical analysis of user behaviour (Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR). Cookies may be set, pseudonymised profiles created.

12. Use of Google Maps

We use Google Maps for location display. The legal basis is consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR). By using Google Maps, data (IP, search terms, location data) may be transferred to Google.

13. Use of Vimeo

Vimeo Video is integrated for video content. Data is transferred to the USA, but Vimeo is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR).

14. Use of TecAlliance product catalogue

This website uses a TecAlliance plug-in redirecting to TecAlliance. TecAlliance processes your IP address. Their privacy policy applies:

15. Social Media

We operate presences on Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter. By visiting these platforms, personal data may be transmitted to their operators.
